Obiectiv 2.1 Obtinerea suprafete micro structurate multidimensionate in
policarbonat prin ablatia cu laser cu excimer asistata de masti cu atenuare
variabila
Obiectiv 2.2 Obtinerea de suprafete nanostructurate multidimensionate ierarhic.

interfetele structurate create
Rezumatul fazei si rezultate:
In acesta etapa de cercetare au fost obtinute suprafete micro structurate
multidimensionate in policarbonat, precum si suprafete nanostructurate
multidimensionate ierarhic ale suprafetelor plane si microstructurate. Acestea
din urma s-au bazat pe optimizarea caracteristicile de autoasamblare a
peptidelor si de formare de sferulite a copolimerilor pe baza de
policaprolactona. Structurille obtinute au fost caracterizate prin microscopie
electronica de baleiaj SEM si microscopie atomica de forta AFM.
Raspunsul biologic preliminar la interfetele create a fost studiat prin: i)
evaluarea celulelor macrofage THP-1 si a celulelor mezenchimale stem aderente la
suprafata, precum si prin cuantificarea efectului inflamator al materialului dat
de eliberarea de citochine (TNF) in mediu datorita prezentei materialelor
structurate, ii) evaluarea preliminara a efectelor date de structurare si
functionalizare asupra viabilitatii celulare si a caracteristicilor morfologice
de aderenta. Evaluarea preliminara a efectelor date de structurare și
funcționalizare asupra viabilitații celulare si a caracteristicilor morfologice
si de adeziune a fost realizata atat prin teste MTS cat si prin experimente de
microscopie de baleiaj si de fluorescenta.
Rezultatele obtinute au fost diseminate prin participare la conferinte nationale
si internationale (3 lectii invitate, 4 postere, 4 prezentari orale), dar si
prin publicarea unui articol ( cotat ISI) si a unui capitol de carte INTECH.
